The people there were nice and seemed to know their business well.
They brought up options and said the oil did not need changing yet. It was still in good condition. They did the safety and emissions testing and replaced one small item. It passed the tests. They even offered to put the new sticker on the license plate, which I accepted.

I take time off of work and drive 60 miles one way to have my car serviced here because this is the only shop I've ever been to where the mechanics actually have their heads on straight. The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are very reasonable.
I bought some tires somewhere else and had them mounted on the rims here, and one of the tires turned out to be defective (not their fault), so they wound up not being able to mount it. Next time I came in, the tech remembered and refunded me the cost of having that tire mounted.

Most professional and knowledable service I have received regarding some issues with my truck. They called me and explained everything and also provided some suggestions that could be taken care of before becoming critical. I am certainly a lifetime customer from now on.!!

Honesty and integrity should be highlighted. This is the only place in southern Utah County we trust with our automobile servicing. Tell your friends and family...you won't be disappointed!
This has probably been the worst experience that we have had. This is rare. Usually the service is top notch but this time, we made an appointment the week before. We dropped off our truck for service (which we had typed up what we had requested) and put the keys and details in the envelope because they weren't open. At 2:00, I finally called. They hadn't even got the truck in yet. I was told there were 4 ahead of ours. I told the woman on the phone that we had made an appointment (she seemed to have no knowledge of this. Then when they did get it in, they were not looking at what we had wanted them to look at. I called again and had to explain what we wanted done. They were supposed to call us back, but no one did. I called back again, and I was concerned because I needed the truck for the next day. They still didn't have it done. I told them that I would leave it for the next day. Finally around 1:30, they found out what the issue was and my wife and I went to pick it up. They quoted us the wrong amount, which was thankfully less than what was quoted. If this would have been our first visit, it would have been our last. But due to the fact that we have prior experience, we figured this was an unusual occurrence. The fact that the woman on the phone knew nothing, communication was poor at best, and our scheduled appointment meant nothing was all a less than stellar experience. Will we go back? Yes, because we know this company to be better than this, and even the best can have off days. Don't hang up on a customer, that presents a very poor experience as well.
