I called for a quote on a problem that had already been diagnosed and my car is currently immobile. I was refused a quote although i knew exactly what I needed. Then after telling him I was looking for the best deal. He said I could just take it to one of those "mexican shops" if I wanted cheap. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Sorry you feel that way Amanda. We didn't mean to offend you. I don't remember the call going quite like that, but if that's how it came across, I apologize. It's hard to give price quotes on a car that we have never seen. It seems like whenever we do, something is always different or there is something else that we had no way of knowing. Then nobody is happy. That is why I asked if you could bring the car in so I could look at it before I worked up an estimate. I like to be able to stand behind my work and offer a good nationwide warranty on all repairs. I hope you are able to get your car safely back on the road. Shaun Martin Owner
