AutoWorks Car Care in Payson is an excellent, knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced car care service center. We have been using them for about a decade, even though we don't live in Payson. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is because there has been an occasion or two where my car was not attended to in a timely fashion due to other 'emergency' needs of other cars brought to the shop. Fortunately, even though I dropped the car off early in the morning, I didn't have to have it right away and could wait to pick it up before closing that day. I should also say that they do attend to things they see that need attention that I didn't bring to their attention - which means they go the extra mile to give service. And then again, I suppose if I were the car owner that had the 'emergency' need, and was attended to right away, I would probably see it from a different prospective and give them 5 full stars.

Every one at AuotWorks are friendly and helpful. They are fair priced and get the work done quickly.

Randy was courteous on the phone and I could tell he wanted my business in a sincere way. Shaun is always good to give recommendations without being pushy.

the team at AutoWorks does not give up when trying to detect a mechanical problem... our VW Golf was stalling, another repair shop could not find the problem... Shaun and his team stayed on the case, and went the extra mile in giving me a spark testing tool to use when the problem happened... bottom line is that the problem was found and fixed... even to include replacing the bad part under warranty... this is one reason why our cars are brought to AutoWorks for regular service and repair work...

I was prepared to have the whole windshield washer fluid reservoir replaced for a ton of money but Shawn said, "Bring your car by and and let's make sure that there isn't something more simple and less expensive to fix." So I stopped by and they discovered that the reservoir was fine and a simple hose reconnection solved the problem. It saved me a lot of money. It also proved once again why I bring my cars to Shawn.

Autoworks have serviced our vehicles for many years. we have found them to be dependable and reliable. they let us know about other potential problems and give us a price to fix them. i have recommended many of my friends to them.

I met Shaun & Candi Martin on Tues at the Payson Chamber Leads Group. They gave me a coupon for a $39.95 Oil change special (included more than a regular oil change!) 3 days later I stopped in to redeem the coupon - I had some scary sounds my car was making so I asked them to check it out (I thought it was going to be thousands of dollars to fix!) I was so pleasantly surprised that they fixed the scary things and some other stuff I needed right away and the price was so reasonable! When I drove away I couldn't believe how smooth the car drove - no scary sounds - and the stress of trying to figure out who I could trust with my car was now alleviated.
