Every time I’ve been here I’ve been impressed by how friendly and efficient the staff are. Today I had a windshield wiper blade that had come loose and Kevin got it fixed up in less than a minute and didn’t try to gouge me with a fee for it. They are a good old fashioned help your neighbor out, kind of business. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks guys!
I love bringing my vehicles here, I feel I get an honest opinion and no pressure when it comes to decide if I want to perform the work they recommend.
I was having them change my oil when I over heard a very upset customer disputing a charge they had several months prior stating they had brought their car there for them to fix it. They did charge them and did fix the problem however the same problem came back hence the reason they were back and upset. I believe Greg was the one handling this situation and assured them they honor their work and told the customer they will check it and fix it again at no cost if it was the same problem.
I assume it must have been the same problem because the customer was very pleased and calmed down almost immediately compared to the start of the conversation demanding what worked they performed and why they did it in the first place.
I personnaly feel they are honest and stand by their work and will make it right reguardless the cost. I have been a customer of theirs for years and will continue to come back.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Being a single woman and taking my Volvo to them to replace the blower motor, they made me feel at ease and also saved me quite a bit of money along with being very personable. Thomas is great to work with and I will now go to them for all of my car needs.
The staff here are easy to talk to and listen to what you have to say. They have been willing to give me options and work out what the best plan is for my family and my vehicle. Thanks for all you do.
I come here whenever I need some mechanic work, and I've always been satisfied, but I had a nice surprise as I went to pick up my car this last time! Thomas had spent some extra time hunting down part options, and as a result my bill was about $100 lower than the quote. Thanks so much!

I was driving from Mesa Arizona to Absarokee Montana to be with my daughter when she had surgery. I was stranded in Payson Utah when the transmission went out on my 2012 Jeep Patriot. Shaun and all the guys at Autoworks were absolutely amazing. They not only made sure that the transmission was replaced properly, they gave me a loaner car so that I would be able to get to my daughter's before her surgery. When the jeep was ready and I came to pick it up I saw that the hood was up and Shaun was working on something. I asked if something was wrong and no he said he was topping off the fluids checking the oil and checking the tires because he knew I had such a long drive home to Arizona. The kindness and professionalism of the shop is just outstanding. Thank you all for your kindness..
Most of the guys were super friendly and had good service. They tried to treat me good like they promised but the heavier set guy was a JERK to put it nicely. You go in 30 minutes before close and he will throw a fit. Other than that not too bad.
I'm certain that the service provided was the same usual pleasant experience. We were rather surprised to hear that our auto transmission fluid was getting dark given the fact that it was flushed almost a year ago. And then when Chad questioned that, whoever he talked to said that perhaps it was the power steering fluid instead (from what I was told). There were notations on the invoice that weren't even mentioned to me when I picked up the car, so we called back to ask about them. The young man that helped me seemed either very new or very uncomfortable; forgetful. I had to ask about the $5.00 discount (the coupon was in with the keys). He asked for my card but I had already given it to him and he had forgotten. These are all very minor things and I"m just providing feedback. This is the first time that we had wondered what is going to be wrong with our car when we only bring it in for an oil change, because there constantly seems to be something major. Of course with >188,000 miles there needs to be service done, so we appreciate that. Perhaps it was just the new faces, but it didn't feel the same this time. This is probably just a perception thing. Thank you for servicing our car.
